Template programming beyond any included programming credits will consist of a one-time cost of $50 per customizable item, $30 per inventoried static item, and $20 per non-inventoried static item. Partner Printer Benefits (How It Works)

In addition to providing a B2B web to print online ordering system for your own clients (with a paid Partner Printer plan), a Canadian Partner Printer has the opportunity to become the designated printer for local OOSys customer signups. This is a great two-pronged approach to increase sales! OOSys will provide partner printers with imposed (if preferred) press-ready files complete with a job ticket for ease of production.

As a Partner Printer, you agree to produce and ship, at no charge to OOSys or its customer, a single order of 250 business cards (or its standard pricing value if custom quoting is involved) for new OOSys Business Startup or Education Startup plan members that have signed up with a delivery address closest to your geographic area. You also agree to update the OOSys online ordering system with each order’s shipping details so that shipment tracking is accurate for the OOSys client.

To offset your cost of this free trial set of business cards, your printing company will be entitled to be the print provider for that customer for any future OOSys orders as long as they subscribe to the Business Startup, Business Multi-User, or Education Startup plans. OOSys customer signups will be pre-screened and must have a minimum of five (5) employees who normally require business cards to ensure that there is a likelihood of future orders. To further offset your costs, all of the paid Partner Printers plans include some programming credits as shown below.

Partner Printer Requirements

To be eligible to become a Partner Printer you must be able to demonstrate that you have the in-house capability to produce business cards, letterhead, and envelopes digitally and/or offset. You must also demonstrate that you are able to deliver consistent colour (ie. good reviews and/or digital machines with spectrophotometer-based calibration).

Partner Printers must agree to our standard pricing for the business card, letterhead, and envelope (NOTE: this standard pricing includes a 10% commission to OOSys for OOSys customer signups only). Please note that any items that do not use the standard stocks and inks will be custom quoted by you and should also include a 10% commission to OOSys for OOSys customer signups only.

To be clear, assuming you have one of our paid Partner Printer plans, no commission to OOSys is required for YOUR customers that you would like on your online ordering system. For all OOSys-sourced work, a 10% commission should always be included in any quotes while the customer is subscribed to the Business Startup, Business Multi-User, or Education Startup plans. OOSys will always let you know in our quote request whether to include the 10% commission. Once an OOSys customer has signed up for the Outsource (or higher) plan, no commission to OOSys is required.

Geographic Partnerships Available

To encourage local manufacturing and to keep shipping costs down, OOSys will take on a maximum of nine (9) Partner Printers in Canada. Please ask us if your geographic area is available!
