Remember that the storefront will only show the items that are applicable to a certain username or group of usernames. You can decide to have multiple users from each franchise or a single username and password for each franchisee.
This annual plan allows you to automate your business cards! You get a user login and an approver login. You can share the user login with anyone that you want to order business cards. It could be a single person or you could give the username and password to any employee that needs to order a business card. The approver acts as a gatekeeper and can approve the cards, approve with edits, or reject the order. There is no proofing cycle as the orderer is proofing their business card in real time!
You can have the orders automatically sent to your approved print vendor. Or you can choose to receive print-ready PDFs that can be imposed multiple-up, ready for output or as single, un-imposed PDFs.
OOSys has affordable plans for business that you can grow with! Our print document experts take care of programming all of your templates and items. Additional template programming will consist of a one-time cost of $50 per customizable item, $20 per static item, and a $10 surcharge if it is an inventoried item.
